Why is my client having trouble connecting with my account?

If your client is having trouble connecting their mobile health tracking app account to your coaching account, just send them the following link along with the unique 'CODE' you created for your coaching account.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a successful connection:

1.  Open the mobile health tracking app and tap on the PROFILE tab at the bottom of the screen.

2.  Tap the EDIT link in the upper left corner of the screen.

3.  Tap ENTER A PROMO CODE on the list below your profile photo.

4.  Enter the unique CODE your coach has provided you and tap OK.

5.  A SUCCESS message should pop-up at this point.

6.  Tap the X in the upper left corner, then tap the COACH tab at the bottom of the screen.

7.  You should now see your coach! Send a quick message so he/she knows you are all set up.
