Can I send a group message?
The great part about our group messaging feature is that it actually sends a private one-to-one message from you to each individual client you include in your group message.
This way, we can ensure that a quick reply from a client that contains personal information will NEVER accidentally be shared with other clients.
One-to-one messages also build personal trust and a stronger connection with each client.
Here is how to send a group message:
1. Click on MESSAGES on the left side of your homepage, underneath the CLIENTS button.
2. Click NEW at the top of the page.
3. You can select each client you'd like to message one-by-one, or simply press SELECT ALL to choose everyone in the list.
4. Click OK at the top right.
5. Type up your message and click SEND
Your message is on its way!
