How do I add new items to the Log?

Open your health tracking app to the LOG screen.

Tap OPTIONS in the upper right corner of the screen.

You can add new items to the following sections of the LOG ...

  • Hydration
  • Nutrition
  • Activity
  • Indulgences

Find the tracker you would like to add to your LOG within the appropriate section and tap on it so that it is highlighted.

All highlighted items will be trackable on your LOG.

When all items you would like to manually track on the LOG are highlighted, tap DONE in the upper right corner.

If you cannot find the item you would like to add, consider tracking it using the NOTES section of the LOG.

To turn on NOTES, open your LOG and tap OPTIONS in the upper right corner.

Tap NOTES and make sure it is highlighted, and then tap DONE in the upper right corner.

Now tap on the NOTES bar on your LOG.

NOTES allows you to record anything you like in an open text field, just like a journal entry!
