How Autorecharge Works

How Auto-recharge Works

When you enable the auto-recharge toggle button, the system will automatically recharge the account through the primary card you have set out in the account summary section as shown below:

1.0- Autorecharge

In order to setup auto recharge, follow the following steps:

Step-01: You need to click on the “Auto-recharge setup” toggle button. The system will show the auto-recharge amount and threshold input field.

You need to add the amount for which you want the recharge and the threshold value that determines that your account has a low balance. Both fields are mandatory, and the system will show the error if you make active the respective payment method but did not enter the accurate values in the above-shown fields.

While enabling auto-recharge, the system will automatically detect the threshold values you've chosen. The payment engine uses the threshold recharge amount to automatically reload the primary card with the amount specified in the threshold.  For cases where the user has enabled auto-replenish based on threshold configuration, the replenishment engine has an auto-replenishment procedure in place. If auto-replenishment is not enabled, the user will have to manually replenish their accounts if their fund balances are exhausted.

The usage costs will be taken from your balance when you begin to use the system, and your existing balance will be lowered. If the current balance falls below the specified threshold, the system will automatically change the account to the one specified by you in the above setup.

Step-02: The user needs to click on the “Save” button to enable the auto-recharge setup.
