How do I set a Custom Tracker?

In addition to tracking a client or patient’s data through the preset tracking options such as sleep or hydration, you can also create custom trackers to align with a more specific tracking protocol. To create custom trackers, select your client’s profile, tap ‘PERSONALIZE TRACKING,’ and then under the CUSTOM TRACKERS header, tap ‘New.’

There are two types of custom trackers - a Number or a Text type. A Text tracker type allows your patient/client to type out their entry. For example, if you wanted your client to journal what he/she ate for each meal of the day, you could create a custom tracker for each meal and select the Text type. Select a color for your tracker and then under Tracking Method, select 'Write Anything' for an open forum style response. Check out the example below:

Below is a look of how that tracker would appear in the client’s app. They would just tap on the ‘Breakfast’ tracker and a field would appear for them to journal what they ate for breakfast.

One way to add even more customization (and simplicity) to your program's tracking is to create a drop-down menu of options for clients to select. For a simple question asking clients if they took time to stretch today, you could use this drop-down option for them to select Yes or No. To do this, tap 'Select One' under Tracking Method.

Below is a look of how that tracker would appear in the client’s app. They would just tap on the  tracker and an indicate whether they stretched on that particular day.

Another way to set a custom tracker is to use the Number tracker type which allows the client to log a specific number. For example, you could have a client log how many milligrams of a multivitamin they took daily or their stress level on a specified scale. If you wanted your client to log their stress level daily, you could set a custom tracker with a Number type. Check out the example below:

Below is a look of how that tracker would appear in the client’s app. They would just tap on the ‘Stress (1-10)’ tracker and then type a number that reflects their stress level. They can even add a note to add context to their entry.

Once you’ve saved your custom trackers, be sure to order your trackers in your preferred order by clicking and dragging them up or down in the Program Designer (right side of the screen).
