Why isn't my client receiving push notifications?

If your client mentions they're not receiving push notifications, first check that they've enabled the notifications in their phone settings. See below for step by step instructions for both iPhone and Android.

iPhone:

1. Go to your home screen and tap the Settings icon.

2. Select 'Notifications.'

3. Scroll down until you find the Nudge app, and select it.

4. Toggle on the 'Allow Notifications' option.

Android:

1. Go to your home screen and tap the Settings icon.

2. Select 'Apps & notifications.'

3. If you've recently opened the Nudge app, it should appear in the list of apps at the top of the screen for you to select. If you have not, tap 'See all [number] apps.'

4. Scroll down until you find the Nudge app and select it.

5. Select 'App notifications.'

6. Toggle the 'On' option to the right.
